Prices for Proofreading and Checking

(All prices are exclusive of 19 % VAT)

Rate of difficulty 1: general text                  7.00 € per page*

Rate of difficulty 2: special text                  9.00 € per page

Basic price: There is a basic price of 27.00 € for between one and three pages

Presentations: There is a special rate of 6.00 € per screen image for computer presentations

Express charge: Small to medium orders – 40.00 € per order extra for delivery within 72 hours

Large orders – negotiable

Delivery: E-mail recommended, preferably in Word format. LaTeX documents can be proofread through Overleaf

Payment: Direct payment into the Berliner Sparkasse bank account (details below) is the preferred method of payment

Normal conditions apply (payment within 14 days of the date of the invoice) for all clients

* Page calculation: 1) The characters and spaces of a text in Word are counted utilizing the Word Count programme. 2) The total is divided by 55 to give the number of lines in the text. 3) The total number of lines is divided by 40 to find how many standard pages are in the document.
